What is change management and how critical is it to organizations?
Change management is a process and a tool we use to help clients develop, actualize and sustain long-term organizational changes in order to realize the business improvements enabled by their SAP systems. Services include staff management, organizational design, readiness assessments, strategic communication, planning and project branding.
It is critical to organizations in the sense that organizations’ projects are strategically positioned for success and realising a critical connection between change management and business results while being able to build support among key business leaders, proving that active and visible sponsorship is more than simply authorizing resources or providing funds.
With regards to entrepreneurs, what are the key components of change management that could be critical to entrepreneurs?
A strong team, belief in the power of people and their ability to explore and shift boundaries can lead to success especially when quality is assured. With effective project management, comprehensive change management and competent training, a priority to improve clients’ shareholder value by ensuring that all projects are delivered successfully in respect to technology, budget, time, human element and the culture within clients’ organization. These are all critical to entrepreneurs and they must bear this in mind and figure out in their plan how to meet each of this in order to make a difference.
In today’s fast growing entrepreneurial ecosystem, do you still think change management has a place?
Sure, change management still plays a crucial role because an organisation’s growth is directly proportional to change.
